Each supplier is responsible for ensuring that the products supplied by him comply with the laws, standards and regulations which apply at the time and with the recommendations for the intended field of application, the planned use and the commissioning time.

This always applies to design, manufacture and to the tests that are to be carried out accordingly and which ensue from the test instructions contained in all the applicable regulations, even if it has not been explicitly agreed in the contracts.

In addition, specific test requirements apply to all delivered parts which form an integral part of the individual contracts . The supplier must confirm that he has complied with all these requirements.
