Reliable delivery service
In order to provide a reliable delivery service, Joh. Heinr. Bornemann GmbH requires goods to be delivered absolutely on time on the date stated in the order. Packaging and/or forwarding instructions must be adhered to without fail. If, contrary to expectations, problems arise and as a result the agreed delivery date is probably not going to be met, Joh. Heinr. Bornemann GmbH's purchasing department must be informed immediately. The reasons for the delivery delays must be looked into and the problems must be redressed. In an emergency, all steps must be taken in order to shorten the normal delivery time.

Competition
If competitors offer major sales-boosting products at more favourable prices to Joh. Heinr. Bornemann GmbH's purchasing department, the existing suppliers will have the opportunity to review their prices.
