Bornemann produced 12 pumps for two chemical/oil tankers in Singapore.

The equipment consists of 8 cargo pumps, type HC 232, and 4 stripping pumps, type W5.1zk, in stainless steel incl. bulk head wall glands and electric motors.

These Bornemann Twin Screw Pumps are designed to boost oil and chemicals with a viscosity of 1-380 cst, a capacity of 500-573 m³/h (HC 232) and 50-60 m³/h (W5) against a system pressure of 8-10 bar.

The installation of the cargo/- and stripping pumps is scheduled for October 2006.
