Biggest Multiphase Pumps for Canada

Canadian Natural Resources utilizes Bornemann Twin Screw multiphase pumps to enhance oil production by pumping off casing vent gases, also known as well pad Vapor Recovery.  Currently there are more than 44 large Bornemann Pumps installed at CNRL Cold Lake Alberta Canada.

With the current expansion there was an opportunity to add wells to the pads and therefore drastically increase oil production!  The new conditions required two of the largest twin screw multiphase pumps ever built on each pad.  Constant innovation and ownership of the technology has allowed Bornemann to meet this challenge and win the contract to supply four MW10.5 size machines, the largest twin screw multiphase pumps ever built!
