,,Fit for future"

Bornemann launched a human resources development project. It is designed for a period of at least two years and was initiated by a preceding employee survey. The project started in November with an information market place which was visited by approx. 75 % of all employees.

   

As Rita Utke, HR-Manager,. points it: "During the last years Bornemann gained market leadership due to high R&D- and investment in new production technology and facilities. Beside that we feel a strong: shift in customer requirements for extended expertise. To increase proficiency we catch up the challenge and invest now a considerable amount in developing HR to assure to be: fit-for-future."

But there's much more behind the concept than just training. For generations as a family-run company Bornemann moves steadily towards a more investment focused global player. Changes in culture and leadership are challenges to match aside from including an increasing number of subsidiaries around the world. Simply to trace our vision: CUSTOMER BENEFIT IS OUR PROFIT!
